As your post partum doula, I am here to support you and your family. Postpartum Doulas are trained to provide customized support during the post delivery period and connect families to community resources. While we don’t replace medical advice, we supplement it by teaching parents how to bathe, breastfeed, and establish a routine for the newborn.
With my nursing background, I am able to provide specialized education and informational resources for families.
